By accessing or using Ohuriya ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Ohuriya provides AI-assisted DevOps tools that connect to infrastructure you control.

• You approve commands before they run on your servers.
• You are responsible for actions executed on your infrastructure and for maintaining appropriate access controls.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

You must keep your account secure:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Protect credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service uses prepaid credits. You pay only for credits you consume—see our billing & credits policy for details.

• Credit amounts are determined at checkout using the published USD → credits rate at the time of purchase.
• Credit purchases are final and not refundable.
• Unused credits remain on your balance until used unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• We may change pricing for future purchases; existing balances are not retroactively adjusted.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law or infringe the rights of others.
• Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Abuse platform resources or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect. You must review actions before applying them to production systems.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these terms. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last revised.
