1. Overview
Ohuriya is credit-based. You buy prepaid credits and we deduct from your balance only when you use the Service—there are no monthly subscriptions or seat fees.
This policy explains how billing works and why we do not offer refunds on credit purchases.
2. How you are charged
Each AI-assisted task consumes credits from your balance at the published rate. You pay only for what you actually run—not for idle time, unused servers, or calendar months.
- Credits are deducted as work completes on your account.
- Your balance is visible in the app so you can track usage.
- When your balance is empty, new tasks pause until you add more credits.
3. No refunds
All credit purchases are final. We do not refund unused credits, partially used packs, or purchases made in error after credits have been delivered to your account.
By design, you only incur cost for credits you consume. Buying credits adds capacity to your balance; choosing smaller top-ups is the best way to control spend.
4. Billing errors only
If you were charged twice for the same purchase or credits never appeared due to a failure on our side, email ohuriya@protonmail.com with your account email, date, and payment reference. We will investigate legitimate billing errors.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the transaction. Chargebacks on valid credit purchases may result in account suspension.
